My only issue was with the scheduling of the inspection. The first date was cancelled and rescheduled. The rescheduled date was for 9-12 on the 7th. after a phone call late in the morning that I made I was informed that the tech would be coming between 2-4.. He arrived at about 5 min. before 4. In essence, I was on hold for the entire day.

Summer service is the most comprehensive because Joel checks both the air conditioner and the furnace. Our outside A/C is hard to reach with a hose. Joel had to work hard on a very hot day, and it was the end of his day. Great job.

My call for service was to check on a possibly previous problem that was looked at in December. Turns out that was ok. Problem was filter was too dirty. Embarrassed to say I was just going to change it last week and forgot . I change it every 3 months. Expensive service call lesson learned..thank you for prompt service

He hurried to get the part before the supplier closed since it was on a Saturday and made it to our house in record time. It only took a short time for him to replace the part.
