Normally our techs meet you with a smile and a handshake. But, for your safety and ours, they won’t be shaking hands. For everyone’s safety they will be wearing gloves, shoe covers & face mask when in your home. We also ask for your help to keep contact to a minimum so they may request you to turn the thermostat on for them etc. We are also waving signature requirements on invoices at this time. For the same reason we wouldn’t send someone to you who’s experiencing symptoms of an illness, we ask if anyone in your home is displaying symptoms, let us know so we can reschedule.
