Joel did a great job. He invited me to stay and watch him. I did and he explained what he was doing and why. this was a great learning experience for me. The problem I had was with the office. I had an appointment for 8 to 9 AM. At 9:15 no one had called to tell me they would be late. I called them and asked where they were and why they did not call that they would be late. I got no answer.
We have relied on the fall/summer checks for over a decade….pleased with techs and service

My furnace would not turn on. Joel was able to assess the situation and answered my questions as I had no idea of what was going on. He was able to replace a part and my furnace was fixed.
