Was early to appt. Scheduled for 12PM - 2PM and was here at 10:30AM, Would have appreciated a call but it all worked out for the best.
As usual, Ryan did a great job. This time I was down with him and he answered all the questions I had. He also explained what he was doing and it was very interesting. Before I joined the club, I would get a senior discount on the fall and spring checkup . But, with the club no discount. It would be nice if the senior discount would also be on the club cost.
The check up was done very well. Joel was on time and thorough. After he was done he reviewed and explained the results.

Joel did a fine job on the seasonal furnace check. He explained well the things that were checked. Only issue I've noticed is that appointment times don't usually correspond to the time of arrival. Scheduled time off at noon from work, but needed to leave earlier. Not the end of the world, but a little inconvenient.

Just a comment. We have our furnace and air conditioning units, in Florida, same brand, serviced once a year in December, and get it done for less than half the cost. When we bought new units a number of years ago they had to be inspected by the 'county' and that inspector commented that we had picked a good contractor because the owner, Frank, would be coming around to do 'his' inspection in a few days and he would be more critical than the county requirements.

Great to hear it went well with our technician. Appreciate your comments. The cost is probably lower because based on your comments they only come to your house once a year instead of twice per year like we do. In addition, in Florida you probaly have a heat pump system whereas here you have a gas furnace & a/c. There is definitely more to check on a gas furnace versus an air handler with an electric heat kit in it. Please keep this in mind. We truly appreciate you business ;). Thanks again.
