Your technician was fantastic and very thorough and efficient. He did a great job and also explained what he was doing and offered useful maintenance tips. I also requested that he show me what he cleaned from out ducts (it had been 19 years so I was very curious) and he was open to doing so. I would definitely recommend BoMar and Tom to others.

I contacted BoMar due to not being satisfied with the company that installed my hvac unit. They had great reviews and were very flexible with scheduling. They explained the pricing up front and about the benefit of the comfort plan. The technician found that the humidifier had not been installed correctly from the previous company. WE HAD A PART REPLACED FOR OUR ZONE PART OF OUR FURNACE. WE SHOULD HAVE HAD IT REPLACED 6 YEARS AGO WHEN WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE!!!! ONLY COMPLANT YOU SHOULD HAVE TALKED US INTO THAT ONE. JUST KIDDING. THE HOUSE ZONES ACTUALLY WORK NOW. ITS AMAZING THE PART WAS EXPENSIVE BUT I BELIEVE IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT. RYAN IS A REAL ASSIT TO YOUR COMPANY DON'T LOSE HIM. SUE
